declared a World Heritage Site in 1982 because it
is one of the oldest settlements in the America’s
and it is called the La Habana. It is beautiful place

walk through the city of Havana.

Havana there are many churches, museums and
memorials all worth taking a further look at. Street
after street is graced with grand facades, boasting
massive wooden doors, barred windows and narrow sidewalks.
For an excellent view across the harbor you should
visit the oldest colonial fortress. It is the Castillo
Real de la Fuerza and it was built between 1558 and
1577. You will love this fantastic piece of architecture.
