This is the the gallery of Venezuelan painter Carmen
Montilla Tinoco which displays all of her works. The
Palacio de los Capitanes Generales museum has exhibition
rooms that depict the War of Independence from Spain,
and the early years of the Republic. The Museo Ernest
Hemingway is open the hours: 9am-4pm Mon; 9am-12.30pm
